Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

Items are shipped using well reputed, international delivery services. Shipping costs vary by weight,

shipping method and your area/country of residence.

 

We ship one week after receipt and confirmation of order. We will send an e-mail confirming that the

order has been shipped.

 

 

International Shipping

 

Depending on the local embargoes and custom restrictions, we may be unable to ship to some parts of

 the world. If this is the case with an order, we will notify the customer promptly via an e-mail that the

order is being cancelled. Any charges to the customer’s credit card or personal account will be returned.

Any import taxes, custom duties or fees levied by the custom officials remain the customer’s

responsibility along with any delays in delivery caused during customs clearance.

 

 

Returns/Exchanges

 

Currently we do not entertain any product exchanges. In case a customer receives a defective product

that they would like to return, they are required to inform us within 2 working days of receipt. E-mail us
